Mobi – reflowable content, meaning that a Mobi reader can optimize text for a particular display device. Use for Amazon’s Kindle and any other Mobi-capable devices and software.
Fixed layout PDF – can be used on any device but the pages are fixed, meaning the content does not flow from page to page.
